What forms of payment do you take?
Visa, MasterCard thru our secure payment gateway.
Visa, MasterCard you can phone your credit card info to us.

What do I do if I want to phone my order in?
You can call in your order to us using your credit card. We ask that you please register as a customer before you call so we can confirm your shipping address when you call.Please call our store number at 519-426-0736 Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm (EST) Please have your credit card, shipping information and order ready before calling.

If you receive a voicemail message please leave your name and telephone number, repeat it twice. We will call you back for your credit card infomation. Please have your credit card number, (last 3 digits on the back of your card) and EXP Date ready. Once your card has been cleared (within a short time), we will send you an email letting you know all is ok and that we will be mailing your package to you within 72 hours.

I'm overseas how can I order from  you?
Certainly you can! Please follow the steps below:

• Sign up as a registered customer
• Send us a email using our Contact us form found here.
• Within the form please state your registered and please supply us with your address, and what your wish to purchase. We will send you back the total including shipping, then we will send you a PayPal invoice.
• Once your payment has been made we will then ship out your order within 72 hours of receipt of payment via PayPal

What are your shipping charges?

Whether your from Canada, USA, or an International country, your order with be shipped as quickly as possible. It will include your order, a receipt which includes shipping charges.
