ORDERING BY PAY-PAL:

Payments can be processed securely through PayPal. However, we ask that your Pay Pal address be confirm by Pay Pal, this protects both of us. If you do not have a confirmed address through Pay Pal we may ask you to verify your shipping address and your order before shipping.  When you're finished shopping and taken to checkout you will be taken to the PayPal website to process your credit card payment. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted. Remember, all PayPal orders must have confirmed shipping addresses before orders are shipped.

 ORDERS BY PHONE:

Sign-in as a customer and place your order online, do not email in your Credit Card #. In the notes area provided please type that you will call with this information then click "place order" at the bottom. Call 519-426-0736 during Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm (EST). If you receive a voicemail please leave your name and telephone number, repeat it twice. We will call you back shortly for your credit card infomation. Please have your credit card number, CVV number, (last 3 digits on the back of your card) and EXP Date ready. Once your card has been cleared (within minutes), we will send you an email letting you know all is ok and that we will be mailing your package to you within 72 hours.

 ORDERS BY CERTIFIED CHECKS - BANK DRAFTS - MONEY ORDERS: NO PERSONAL CHECKS!

Sign-in as a customer and place your order online, in the notes area provided please type in that you will be sending in a either a certfied check, bank draft or money order.  There is a link to print off a mail order form. Click here and print the form out and mail it with your payment. Then click "place order" at the bottom in the checkout area. This payment type must be cleared before your purchase processed completed and is shipped out, which may take up to 10 or more business days to clear. 

ORDERS BY MAIL USING CREDIT CARDS VISA-MASTERCARD:

Sign-in as a customer and place your order online, in the notes area provided please type in that you will be mailing in your payment via VISA or MasterCard. In the checkout area there is a link to print off a mail order form. Click here and print the form out fill in all the information fields asked and mail it with your payment. Then click "place order" at the bottom in the checkout area.

Please note, we do not accept personal checks.

  Metric Measurements:

While measures in the USA are based on the Imperial system, Canada uses the Metric system. All fabrics are sold by the metre rather than by the yard. A metre is slightly longer than a yard - approximately 39.5". A yard is 36". Essentially a metre is 10% or 3.5" longer then a yard.

 Currency:

For your convenience we offer 2 types of currency, CND and USD. On each page on the upper right hand side you will see a "currency" menu, select your currency from there and go shopping.  Our prices can be subject to change at anytime.

  Order Shipments:

Orders are processed and shipped out within a 72 hour time frame after receiving payment. Please be aware there maybe slight shipping delays during our busy months.

       Shipping Fees :

Our shipping charges are based on dollar amounts of your order. We ship out via Canada Post. Most of our orders are shipped with insurance up to $100.00, if your order is over $100.00 we purchase more insurance for you. Our shipping fees below are before taxes.

Black Bird Country Quilt Works is not repsonsible for any duty, customs, brokerage fees or foreign taxes that may apply to a shipment outside of Canada. We are also not responsible for any delays as a result of customs.

International Orders:

Anyone placing orders outside of Canada and the United States, please send us an email for a shipping quote. Payments are to be made by PayPal only.  International orders are shipped out within 72 hours of shipping confirmation and receipt of payment via Pay Pal.

Taxes:

All orders shipped within the borders of Ontario must be charged PST (8%). Orders shipped to the USA or overseas are not charged this tax.

 Damaged or lost items:

Black Bird Country Quilts Works is not responable for lost or lost orders.

Returns:

We do not allow returns on cut fabric, books, magazines, or patterns due to copyright issues.

 However, if you wish to return an item that is not mentioned above, please email us within 3 days and ship the item back to us at your expense. We will allow you credit for your returned item less the cost of shipping.

   Back Orders:
